3. Are the files print-ready?
Yes. Designs come out at 300 DPI with a transparent background and garment-scale dimensions. You can upload directly to Printify or Printful without opening Photoshop. Most platforms accept the files as-is.
4. What's your refund policy?
Credits are consumed when a generation completes successfully. If the generation fails on our end — server error, model timeout — credits are returned automatically. We don't offer refunds on completed generations, but you start with 25 free credits so you can test quality before buying.
5. How many credits does one design use?
Standard generations use 1 credit. High-detail or premium model generations use 2 credits. You get 25 free credits when you sign up — no credit card needed to start.
6. Does the AI clothes designer work in languages other than English?
English works best and gives you the most control over style and detail. Basic descriptions in Spanish, French, German, and Portuguese usually produce good results. For best output in any language, keep descriptions concrete: 'red dragon on black background, Japanese woodblock style' rather than abstract phrases.

9. Can I generate multiple variants of one concept?
Yes. Use the same prompt and run it multiple times — each generation produces a unique result. You can also use the style modifiers in the generator to explore the same concept in different visual directions: flat vector, watercolor, vintage screenprint, and so on.
10. Can my team use one account?
